Here is our updated mock draft using the result of last season to determine the draft order!
#1 DYIP Kamaka Hepa - Fans were quick to frown in this possibility but remember that Holt was not expected to be part of the upcoming draft. That can also happen with Hepa.
#2 BWE LJ Gonzales - I think Gonzales is putting up a lot of hype behind him with his ability to connect on big time shots. That could propel him to this spot.
#3 ROS Jason Brickman - I do not think Rain or Shine will say no to Brickman. He is potentially the most ready point guard to ever enter the draft.
#4 PHX Justin Baltazar - Baltazar is deserving of the #1 pick but his connection to Converge could make him slide to this spot.
#5 NOR Jerom Lastimosa - There is a good chance that Northport will trade Bolick. So, they will need a new starting point guard and Jerom could be that guy.
#6 XERS Geo Chiu - I can see Converge continuing their love for Ateneo alumni by targeting Chiu who will be their biggest player right away.
#7 NLEX Robin Duncan - Duncan could fall in the draft, the same way Deschon Winston dropped in this year's draft.
#8 MER Evan Nelle - Nelle is the type of operator that can work with different type of line-up. He is perfect for the loaded roster of the Bolts.
#9 BWE CJ Lane - Going for size should be the aim of Blackwater after they chose a blue-chip guard with their #2 pick.
#10 MAG Taylor Statham - Statham is an old entrant but we all know that age is just secondary to talent.
#11 BGSM Lawrence Domingo - I am not aware of what happened why Lawrence did not push through in the 2023 draft. But if he will decide to continue, Ginebra will be a nice fit for him.
#12 SMB CJ Payawal - A tall wing could be the perfect addition for San Miguel knowing the age of Marcio Lassiter.
