PBA Analysis: Did Ginebra open the door for Ray Parks to become the face of the PBA?

You know what makes a 2-0 deficit in a best-of-seven playoff series, really hard? It is the fact that if you want to win the series, you can only give up one loss now.

The reality of that put a lot of pressure on the teams that are facing that deficit. TNT is now on the cusp of falling into a 0-3 hole.

Fortunately for them, these are the moments where legends can rise.

And that guy for TNT, is Ray Parks. The guy who played injured in game 1 and still managed to become the most effective player of TNT.

Unfortunately, there is still no assurance that Ray Parks will be able in game 3. But he showed in game 1 that he is willing to play through the pain.

That he has the heart to overcome the pain and the courage to risk his entire career by playing with a very dangerous injury.

Imagine if he can do that against Ginebra?

I have been a believer of Ray Parks' talent from the get-go. With what I saw in game 1, I do not think it is that easy for Ginebra to stop him.

Now, if Ray Parks managed to be a guy that plays through an injury, carry TNT from behind and defeat the most popular ball club in the country.

I think he can get the nod of the majority that he is now the face of the league.
