Now that the Governor of Pampanga is the team manager of Converge Fiber Xers. It is just logical for them to target players from Pampanga.

His history with Magnolia is way shorter than Ian. We can say that he is still the face of Pampanga basketball. But I think Magnolia will ask for a big price to let him go.
#4 Russell Escoto
Escoto has failed to find a home in the PBA. Injury was a big issue. And I think he will feel better if he plays for a team that will represent his hometown.
#3 Javee Mocon
Mocon is having his best season so far. He is currently the main man of Phoenix. Phoenix has a lower financial capacity than Converge. Thus, the two independent teams can help each other with Converge providing a cost-friendly package for Mocon
#2 Arwind Santos
Santos is easily the second most recognizable player from Pampanga. I also think that there is a chance that he would rather be traded to Converge than to end his career in Northport. He is also near his retirement and that makes it logical for Northport to trade him.
#1 Michael Miranda
Out of all the Pampanga players, Miranda could be the most likely target because he is not a star and he is a bigman. He is also playing for a franchise that is rumored to be on sale.
