#9. Phoenix
They will get the #2 pick of the upcoming draft. If they can get a player as good as Barefield, the #2 pick of the most recent draft. Phoenix will sudddenly become an interesting team about contending.

#4. Ginebra
A lot of fans are downplaying the departure of Jamie Malonzo. For me, his departure created a big hole in the rotation of coach Tim Cone. Thus, pushing them to #4.
#3. Meralco
Meralco rose in this ranking due to the reality that they did not have any departure from their line-up. Remember that Meralco was the Philippine Cup champion last year.
#2. San Miguel
San Miguel is the newly crowned champ. Why are they in #2? I just feel like between San Miguel and TNT, San Miguel is losing more as time goes by.
#1.TNT
On the other hand, TNT will get healthier and Jordan Heading will develop more chemistry with his new team. Remember that Castro may even find a way to pay in the playoffs in the upcoming Philippine Cup.
