Should Mac Cardona be given a chance?

The Captain Hook is back on the arms of the Philippine Basketball Association.

He will play with the Zark's Burger in the PBA D-League. The disappointing thing is, there are only two games left in the elimination round.

If you have forgotten, he last played in the PBA in the 2016 Commissioner's Cup. Which means he is out of the league for more than a year already.

The guy is already 35 years old. Should anyone give him another chance in the big league?

MAYBE NO.

Mac Cardona's PBA career has more lows than highs. He has PBA career average of 14.6 points, 4.0 rebounds and 2.2 assists.

And at 35 years old, it is hard to expect anything valuable out of him.

Fortunately, he signed with the worst team in D-League. If he "super" exceeds expectation, the PBA doors could open for him.
