Rain or Shine and TNT finished their second deal in less than a month. In a mind-boggling decision by TNT, they let go of one of their bigs for another wing. What is TNT doing?
In terms of fairness, the deal was very fine, because both are role players with potential. But, someone won this trade by a good margin. Which one? Let us see.

With Anthony Semerad, Ryan Reyes, Jericho Cruz, Alex Nuyles and RR Pogoy, TNT chose to deal for another wing. And they did that by trading another big. That left TNT with only five capable bigs.
So, why did they do it? Maybe, it is because Trollano's defense and ability to handle the ball. I don't think it s about his scoring, because the guy is very inefficient. And the big that they gave up? He has legit size and a potential to hit three-pointers.
Maybe, there are other moves on the arsenal of TNT to clear up what they are doing.

RAIN OR SHINE ELASTO PAINTERS

This is a slam dunk deal for Rain or Shine. The Painters has a very old frontline in Jay Washington, Beau Belga and Mark Borboran. Norbert Torres is only 27 years old and the potential is still really high.
And now, he will be under Belga and Washington who learned how to shoot outside. The great thing about them is, they also learned how to pass and play in a system. And most importantly, they develop into good one-on-one stopper and team defense.
And by letting go of Don Trollano, minutes will be open up for Ed Daquioag and Sidney Onwubere. Both wings are athletic and has potential to be something good.
