There is a rumored minor trade that is not getting much attention. According to one of the primary source of trade rumors, Rain or Shine is set to trade Don Trollano to TNT for Levi Hernandez.
Is this true?
I haven't heard a news about it, and the transaction page of the PBA website is still silent. According to the social media post, the trade is already up for PBA approval, so we should hear something about it tomorrow.
This is a minor trade of a rotation player for a young shooter. Trollano had been earning his minutes with his athleticism and defense, but his efficiency is really bad.
Levi Hernandez is a shooter, who needs an opportunity to show what he got.
Trollano can play the SG and SF position, and even the PF position if needed. Maybe, TNT is missing a forward that can handle the ball, like Matthew Ganuelas- Rosser.
The biggest question now is. Is Trollano the missing piece for the Terrence Romeo trade?
