PBA Free-Agency: Which team should sign RR Garcia?

There is a very familiar name in the free-agency market. RR Garcia.

As confirmed by Spin.ph, TNT Ka Tropa has relegated RR into unrestricted free-agency, giving the 11 other teams the ability to sign him right away.

If you remember, RR Garcia was exchanged for Matthew Ganuelas-Rosser last season. Which was mind-boggling at that time because TNT has a pretty good starting backcourt.

The decision to cut him is hard to critic because RR struggled last season. In 11 minutes per game, he averaged 4.8 points, 0.9 rebounds, 1.7 assists, 38% and 25% 3FG per game in the Governors' Cup.

RR though is still RR. He is only 29 years old and his talent is still there.

The question now is, which team should take a chance on him?

Brgy. Ginebra
They have given Teytey Teodoro 7.6 minutes per game. Teytey is much younger and has a higher potential at this point but RR may still be the better player. RR is actually disastrous from beyond the arc and that could be a big reason why coach Tim Cone is not even looking at him.

He should bring decent playmaking and spitfire scoring to the most popular ball club in the country. Do they need it? Yes but they also need shooters and it seems like RR is already a proven inaccurate shooter.

Columbian
This one is obvious. Although they are playing well, they are still in need of talented players. Now that Jerramy King is injured, they will need capable players who can fill-up his minutes. RR could be that guy and maybe more because he can also be a mentor to their young guards like King, JP Calvo and Reden Celda.
