2019 Com. Cup Import Power Ranking 3.0: Chris McCullough is here!

The elimination round is down to the last two games! It means that the playoffs is about to start. In the playoffs, the imports will be the most crucial in determining which team will advance. So, how should we rank the foreign players according to their performances?

Here it is. The imports of Columbian Dyip and NLEX Road Warriors were not included any more because they are already eliminated. Blackwater will also bring a new import for the playoffs.

#9 Richard Howell - Phoenix (#8 Last Ranking)
When several imports were throwing 40+ point games every now and then, it will be hard to live with Howell who scored only 11 points against NLEX. That is pretty disappointing because NLEX was playing with a small import and yet Howell failed to capitalize.

#8 Delroy James - Meralco (New!)
The debut of James was disappointing. He manufactured 17 points, 11 rebounds and 10 assists. He was inefficient with his 6/14 shooting. Delroy is a versatile ball-handler but lacks the finishing touch to get points for his moves.

#7 James Farr - Magnolia (#11 Last Ranking)
According to some sources, Magnolia is contemplating replacing James Farr. The current statline of Farr (21.9 points, 18.1 rebounds, 2.4 assists, 2.0 steals, 1.6 blocks, 45% FG and 12% 3FG per game) is respectable. His inefficiency though is his biggest culprit. His inability to hit threes is crunching the spacing that is vital for Ian Sangalang and the small guards of Hotshots.

#6 Carl Montgomery - Rain or Shine (New!)
Carl may not have the most tantalizing averages of 20 points, 12 rebounds, 4 assists, 2 steals, 2 blocks and 44.4% 3FG per game but as you can see, it is fully loaded. He helps the Elasto Painters in a lot of ways. If he can sustain his ability to create defensive events, Carl will be a fantastic weapon for Elasto Painters.

#5 Diamond Simpson - Alaska (New!)
Simpson still got it. Although he has failed to deliver a win for the Aces in his first three games with them this conference, it will be hard to put the blame on him because he is producing 22.7 points, 20.3 rebounds, 5.7 assists, 2.0 steals, 1.7 blocks and 58% FG per game.

#4 Chris McCullough - San Miguel (New!)
It is hard not to love Chris because he helped the Beermen win three games and because of the incredible numbers that he was putting up. With his efficiency from beyond the arc, he has provided good spacing to the star-ladden team of Beermen.

#3 Prince Ibeh - North Port (#3 Last Ranking)
Ibeh is the 6th best scorer of his own team. So, why is he this high? Because basketball is not all about scoring. Ibeh is providing what Batang Pier needs. He is averaging 13.7 points, 15.8 rebounds, 1.4 assists, 1.4 steals, 3.5 blocks and 60% FG per game.

#2 Justin Brownlee - Ginebra (#2 Last Ranking)
He just delivered a career high of 50 points against Columbian Dyip. Brownlee has been carrying Ginebra in this conference. His ability to score points is really elite. It has the reach the point that I do not think there is a way to stop him from getting to 30 points if he wants to.

#1 Terrence Jones - TNT (#1 Last Ranking)
One of the biggest reason why Terrence will remain at #1 is the fact that TNT is a top 2 team in the elimination round. Imports are there to help their team win as many games and Terrence is doing that. When I saw his game live, I was mesmerized on how crisp his passing was and how quick he was in finding open teammates.
