PBA Trade Rumor: Moala Tautuaa will be traded?

After the departure of Stanley Pringle from Northport, the status of the franchise in the eyes of fans as a farm team to the SMC conglomerate became stronger.

That is the reason why they look at their players as guys in line to be traded to one of the SMC teams.

According to the deductions of a lot of fans, Moala Tautuaa is next in line to be shipped and according to our sources, that could happen soon.

If you are asking me if this is true or not, I will say that I am confident Moala will not be a Batang Pier at the end of year 2020 but I doubt if he will be traded this deep into the season.

The Stanley Pringle trade basically legitimize Northport as a farm team or a money-grab franchise because it is really illogical to trade the face of your franchise for two role player and one young baller.

If you think about it, Moala is already 30 years old and knowing that gigantic centers are still the most crucial players in the league, it is just right that Northport will cash-in soon.

Moala is having an amazing season, averaging 16.3 points, 8.5 rebounds, 3.5 assists, 50.7% FG and 34.8% 3FG per game.

So, he is at the highest peak of his value. There is a good chance that he will be having an even better season next year.

So, if SMC really have control to Northport, this year will be the perfect time to get him. One SMC team that badly needed a bigman is Magnolia.

The question is, will they do it?
