PBA Trade Rumors: Did coach Louie Alas rejected a huge Alaska-Phoenix?

In a sudden move that shocked the entire PBA universe, Phoenix Fuel Masters decided to part ways with their coach, coach Louie Alas.

Even though the guy started their preparation for the upcoming resumption of the league and that his contract will actually end soon.

The logical reason was the bad performance of Phoenix in the last two conferences last year. This reason was already accepted by coach Louie as he said that the decision was the prerogative of the management and that his position is performance-base.

Snow Badua though, hinted some other possible primary reasons. One was that coach Louie may have gifted the MVP group some good trades. Although, if you checked the list of trades of Phoenix HERE, you will see that the trades of Phoenix with the MVP teams were fine.

The more interesting tweet that he posted was an allegation that coach Louie stopped three trades that could have benefited Phoenix.

One trade rumor that involved Phoenix in the past was that with Alaska, involving Vic Manuel and Chris Banchero.

Did Alaska offer a good deal that could have to send Vic Manuel to Phoenix?

There is a good chance that it happened if we look at the other rumors. One of the recent rumors involving Vic Manuel was that he will to San Miguel and the primary return will be Matthew Ganuelas-Rosser.

No disrespect to MGR but his value is way lower than that of Vic.

Also, Banchero ended up being traded for two role players. Did Phoenix reject in giving up a similar trade package for Chris? Like Jorey Napoles and Dave Marcelo for Chris Banchero?
