In the recent pictures of the squad of Brgy. Ginebra San Miguel during their practice in the PBA bubble that is conducted in Clark, Pampanga, two familiar faces were missing.
They are LA Tenorio and Japeth Aguilar.
According to a report LA Tenorio is scheduled to arrive in the bubble by October 7. While Aguilar is expected by October 9.
LA is not yet there because his wife just gave birth. If that is the only reason why he is out, there is a 99% chance that LA will be there on time.
One thing though that is not clear is that if those schedules are after five days quarantine that the PBA management set before the entry to the bubble.
The bigger problem could be Japeth Aguilar. According to the same report, Japeth could be out because of injury rehab.
Injury rehabs are normal in either maintenance or healing of an injury. It show that Japeth could be entering the bubble with a big risk of injury.
And that is very bad news for Ginebra because he is basically carrying their frontline rotation. Not only that, there is a good argument that he is the most important part of their defense.
Even if he will be able to play it through, there is a good chance that his injury will bring discomfort, decreasing his effectiveness.
