PBA Analysis: Ginebra's three biggest decisions to make for 2021

After back to back championship, there is no doubt that Ginebra will enter 2021 as the favorite in getting the crowns that will be available.

Before this 2021 season though, Ginebra will faced three crucial decisions. Decisions that could make or break their season.

let me present them to you!

#3 Greg Slaughter return or Greg Slaughter trade
If coach Tim Cone is the only one who is making the decision, the answer is pretty clear. He wants Greg to return to Ginebra. Unfortunately, he is not the only one who has the say in this situation. Al Francis Chua and other guys in the decision-making process of Ginebra should agree with him first.

I think the biggest argument against a Greg return is the fact that Ginebra can win championships without him. How about just trading him for a package that will actually help them, better?

#2 The contract offer to Prince Caperal
If you are not aware, Caperal's contract ended after 2020. Thus, Ginebra will need to come to terms with him. What is crucial now about their offer is the fact that Caperal can be an unrestricted free-agent in 2021.

So, a one-year contract will make Prince an unrestricted free-agent. That means, he will now have the power to choose the team that he wants to play for.

Should Ginebra allow that?

#1 Who to draft with the #12 pick?
Even though they are holding the last pick of the 1st round of the upcoming draft, do not underestimate it. The next draft is building to be a deep one that Ginebra could be choosing from a good number of quality prospects when their turn comes.

The question is, what type of prospect should they grab? Should it be a guard with the quality of Tenorio? Should it be a bigman just in case Greg will be traded?

Or how about connecting this to #3 and used Greg and #12 to move up and be part of the top 5?
