Have you heard about the rumor that Troy Rosario will be exchanged for Mac Belo, Roi Sumang and Don Trollano of Blackwater?
According to sources, the possible reason why Blackwater will do this is to gain some needed financial help, so that they can continue their operation.
On the other hand, we were all informed about a meeting between Greg Slaughter and the management of Ginebra early this month.
We have not heard any update about it. I am pretty sure that if the result was positive, we would have heard a thing.
So, I am suspecting that the result was negative.
Thus, I thought, Blackwater and Ginebra are looking like perfect trade partners.
Blackwater can get Greg Slaughter and unload him to the other conglomerate in exchange for 1st round picks maybe or a much younger player.
On the other hand, Ginebra will get Mac Belo, a player that coach Tim Cone will surely like. Belo, is the type of versatile player that will fit well in the very deep line-up of Ginebra.
Ginebra may also get Don Trollano, who can be the stopper that Ginebra may need moving forward.
