PBA Trade Rumors: Can Ginebra save the career of Ray Parks?

Here is a guy who produced 22.4 points, 7.8 rebounds, 3.1 assists, 1.1 steals, 49% FG, 46% 3FG and 3.2 three-pointers made per game.

That guy is arguably the most hated player in this century of the PBA. He is basically hated by 70% of the entire PBA universe, and 25% of the other 30% do not like him either.

The name of the guy is Ray Parks. Ray Parks also did an awful thing that may have led the PBA board to have an agreement that they will not let Parks play in the PBA, again.

For me, this is the worst conclusion possible to the saga of Parks. Even if you hate him, there is no doubting that he is one of the most skilled players in the PBA.

If there is a franchise that could possibly save him, that could be Ginebra. It is the same franchise that Parks wants to play for.

Ginebra is the only franchise that could defend a continuation of the career of Parks because their fanbase would be around 1/3 of the entire PBA universe.

What Parks did, if proven to be true, was wrong by any angle because he is a professional player. But, Filipinos are known to be a giver of second chances.

That could be the easiest justification for letting Parks continue his career in the PBA.

And according to some insiders, Parks has a good relationship with Justin Brownlee and coach Tim Cone.

Ginebra also has the potential package that can satisfy the need for TNT.
