PBA Free-Agency: A 6'8 center and a 6'4 PG are FAs!

The manager of Phoenix Super LPG, Paolo Bugia, revealed to Spin.ph that they have official send Jay-R Reyes and Alex Mallari to the free agency!

According to Mr. Bugia, it was a mutual decision by the team and the two players. Mr. Bugia emphasized that Phoenix wants to have a much younger roster moving forward.

Now that they are unrestricted free agent, Reyes and Mallari can now sign with any team that they want to play for.

Reyes is a 6'8 giant who shot 36% from beyond the arc in the PBA bubble. Although he was not given that much playing time.

Also, the giant is already contemplating retirement at 35 years old. Although, he does have the size and the skillset to be useful for contenders. Just his three-point shooting alone makes him an interesting option because only a few giants have that.

Alex Mallari is as interesting as Reyes because he is a 6'4 who has proven himself as a point guard in the PBA.

Although his shooting has always been a problem, his playmaking, defense and transition play are all above average.

In short, teams who need a creator should really consider the guy.
