PBA Power Ranking: The Top Trade Asset of Alaska, Phoenix, Meralco!

For our next series, let us look at each team and let me give you their best trade asset. When I say best trade asset, this is the player or pick that they can give up for something with the highest assurance of getting a positive impact.

Alaska - Ben Adamos
The newest toy is always the shiniest. In a way, Alaska is doing the right thing by piling up good young bigs. They now have Adamos, Tratter and Ebona.

By having three, they do have the luxury of giving up one of them and their frontline of the future is still intact. Out of the three though, Adamos is the guy that will assure them with the best return because he is surely the most interesting guy for the other team and he has the highest potential to bust, at this point.

Phoenix - Vic Manuel
I am excited to see how Manuel will do with the premium spacing that Phoenix will give him. Actually, I am also interested to witness him attempt three-point shots. But at the end of the day, Phoenix will still be a contender as long as Matthew Wright, Jason Perkins and Justin Chua are there.

With that, Phoenix can actually use Manuel in the upcoming conference. Pump his trade value and then encash for a package that is actually better for their future.

Meralco - Bong Quinto
I love the fact that Meralco has a very versatile line-up. Unfortunately, they may have too much depth now, that one or two of their versatile wings will not be maximized.

That is the reason why I chose Quinto. They can use the current allure of the age and potential of Quinto in getting a bigman if they want.
