So, as we await the resumption of the league, here are my latest top 10 names that will be traded next.
#10 Don Trollano
There was an earlier rumor in February that Trollano is actually the player that Meralco wanted, not Mac Belo. On the other hand, there were rumors also that coach Yeng wanted Belo. Maybe, this will be corrected before the start of the season.
#9 Jayvee Casio
As Alaska turns its eyes to the future by grabbing much younger players, I expect a few more of their veterans to push their way out. Casio could be next.
#8 Prince Caperal
I really think that the arrival of Standhardinger made the frontline of Ginebra, too crowded for their own good. Knowing that San Miguel and Magnolia need some bigmen, Caperal could be sent to one of them.
#7 Baser Amer
Blackwater doesn't really need an in-prime player like Amer. They do not have enough talent to contend this year and even in the next two seasons. And knowing the nature of Blackwater, the Hammer could be encashed soon.
#6 Chris Ross
If San Miguel wants to acquire another younger piece, they may need to unload one of their original death five already. They already traded one future 1st and they do no have valuable options already, outside of their veteran stars.
#5 Beau Belga
Rain or Shine is asking for a high price. But knowing that discussions are already going on, teams could only be waiting for a much clearer path to a league resumption before giving in to the desire of Elasto Painters.
#4 Robert Bolick
Robert is easily the loudest name in the trade rumor mill until this week. I am still hoping though that he will remain with Northport for the sake of the parity of the league.
#3 Kevin Ferrer
It seems like the Jalalon scandal will turn out to be a blessing in disguise for Magnolia as that could have forced them into acquiring a player that is tailor-fit for their squad! Ferrer is the rumored package for Jalalon.
#2. Carl Bryan Cruz
Every time a Blackwater player is part of a rumor, believe it. CBC has some attraction to some teams and knowing the nature of Blackwater, they will take advantage of it.
#1. Jio Jalalon
Jalalon is of course #1 and the trade could be happening soon. Although, I do not think Northport will be his final destination.
