If you are going to bet, choosing between those three will be a good one. Ginebra is the current favorite. But what if Abueva clicks very well with Magnolia?
What if June Mar Fajardo returns healthy? San Miguel is suddenly at the top again in terms of talent level. It could even be a historic one!
One team, that could challenge those three is TNT. Right now, they have a formidable line-up and a proven coach.
But, what if the prodigal son of the franchise, fixes the bridge and returns to the team?
A five of Mikey Williams-RR Pogoy-Ray Parks-Troy Rosario-JP Erram looks capable of handling any five of the SMC teams.
That five is super modern with two elite shooters in Pogoy and Parks. They also have two proven stretch bigs in Rosario and Erram.
And an engine like Mikey.
And on the bench, a former Best Point Guard of Asia will be waiting to burn the back-ups of the other teams.
Unfortunately, it will be a big what if, if Parks will return.
