PBA Free Agency: Alaska signed a big PG and an elite shooter!

Alaska decided to sign all of their picks in the 1st, 3rd and 2nd round of the 2020 PBA draft that happened last March, 2021!

They first signed Ben Adamos, their #6 pick, and Taylor Browne, their #16 pick. I am really excited to see how Taylor will play in the PBA.

This month, they also inked Alec Stockton, their #21 pick, and RK Ilagan, their #31 pick.

Alec Stockton is a very interesting player for me because of his 6'3 size for a ball handler. The guy was given the green light to run plays in FEU.

I hope coach Jeff Cariaso will be as creative because having a tall backcourt is a nice counter against the giants of the league.

The reality is, Alaska's frontline is not the tallest but if they can have some size advantage in their backcourt, that will help a lot in rebounding and even switching to those giants.

Stockton is also a very tedious defender. One type of player that Alaska has been missing after they traded Chris Exciminiano.

On the other hand, they signed the most hyped three-point shooter of the NCAA, from the last two seasons.

Ilagan is not the biggest but he is really a flamethrower. And shooters like him are badly needed by the Aces.
