PBA Free Agency: Which ex-Ginebra player will play again in the PBA?

There are some interesting names in the free-agency market that people cannot stop talking about. Especially if they former players of the popular teams.

Currently, the three most popular names out there are Chris Lutz, Chris Ellis and Sol Mercado. Mercado is the guy who was the most recent cut from the PBA.

Mercado was traded by Ginebra as part of the package to get Stanley Pringle. Then Northport traded him to Phoenix and then that was it.

He was last rumored as trying out for Terrafirma Dyip but we have not heard an official report stating that it was true.

On the other hand, Chris Ellis was seen last year, helping out Greg Slaughter. He also played in the Thailand League.

Chris Lutz' playing rights are with Meralco. While Ellis is with Blackwater Elite. Both of them did not play a single game on those teams.

So, who is the most likely to play again in the PBA?

Of course, the answer is still Sol Mercado. He has the best pedigree in the league. He has proven himself as a very good on-ball and off-ball player.

Although, he may need to lower his financial demands.
