PBA Trade Rumors: Ginebra is targeting an elite shooter?

The biggest buzz in the trade rumors circle is about a potential Ginebra-Alaska-Magnolia-Phoenix-Rain or Shine trade!

Yes, five teams are involved! Yes, it is questionable to me too that Ginebra and Magnolia will make a trade without any of their "farm" teams.

Nevertheless, let us talk about the portion of Ginebra.

According to the creator of the rumor, Ginebra will get Robbie Herndon, and will give up Jared Dillinger, 1st round pick and Jesper Ayaay.

Just by looking at it, Ginebra is winning in this trade. Both Dillinger and Ayaay are free agent signings of Ginebra.

It basically means that Ginebra gave up players with zero trade value, as they were turned into free agents, plus a 1st round pick that will probably fall in #10 to #12.

I do not think Dillinger and Ayaay will be missed that much because they do not provide the most crucial skill from the wing role players of Ginebra.

Herndon will bring it. He will bring very good three-point shooting that will surely make the life of Stanley Pringle and all of the other superstars, easier.

Unfortunately Ginebra fans, the source said that Alaska is pulling out from the extravagant trade.
