PBA Analysis: San Miguel has too much star players?

San Miguel Beermen is currently in a tear. They have won their last three games and Fajardo is slowly going back to 100%.

Fajardo is currently averaging 10.8 points, 8.3 rebounds, 1.3 assists, 1.0 block and 47.1% FG per game in 22.9 minutes of playing time.

Here is something interesting though that San Miguel management needs to think hard about, Fajardo will need the ball more, soon.

Currently, CJ Perez is averaging the most attempts per game at 14.0. Next to him are Marcio Lassiter and Arwind Santos.

Both veterans are averaging more than 10 shots per game. Marcio is currently struggling at 37% FG, while Arwind is currently at 40%.

Here is another point, Perez is currently scoring very well and still capable of adding more shots. The reality is, Terrence Romeo did not play in their last three games, pumping the attempts of the other veteran players.

What happens when Terrence is back?

I think, it is helping the flow of their offense that Fajardo is still not capable of taking a lot of shots and Terrence is out.

Problems could arise once they return. How many more shots can Lassiter, Ross, Santos and Cabagnot can let go before their ego takeover?
