PBA Power Ranking: The Top 10 2021 Rookies!

Now that we have a lot of time, we can have our first ranking of the 2021 PBA rookies. You can also see this as our Rookie of the Year ranking.

#10 Nic Demusis
Coach Topex Robinson has given a good role to Demusis. He is their energetic stopper. That is a good role to begin a PBA career.

#9 Aljun Melecio
Currently utilized as a 2nd-unit quarterback, Aljun has shown confidence in running a PBA offense. He just needs to be confident in taking shots.

#8 Santi Santillan
I did expect Santi to struggle right away because he is more of a do-it-all type of guy and this type of player needs to prove themselves first to get consistent minutes and use.

#7 Ben Adamos
Surprisingly, he is already the 2nd best three-point shooter of Alaska at 33% 3FG with 1 three-pointer per game. If he can refine his shooting this year, Ben could be a crucial piece for Alaska, moving forward.

#6 Calvin Oftana
Same case as Santillan but Calvin was more productive at 6.5 points, 4.8 rebounds, 43% FG and 25% 3FG per game.

#5 Alvin Pasaol
Sometimes, talent just wins over physical attributes. Pasaol is so skilled as a basketball player that he is slowly getting minutes in a very loaded Meralco team.

#4 Jamie Malonzo
Malonzo is an exciting player, indeed. He really jumps very high and he is very active on both ends of the court. At this point, he may have the highest floor in this class.

#3 Troy Rike
The guy is currently the top three-point shooter in the PBA. He is shooting 70% from beyond the arc with acceptable volume. A 6'8 above-average shooter is easily the most unique player in the PBA.

#2 Joshua Munzon
He disappointed. Unfortunately, he also got injured that he may not have an opportunity to redeem himself.

#1 Mikey Williams
I expected Munzon to be the best in breaking down defenses but Mikey was clearly better. He is basically Terrence Romeo but his efficiency is really bad.
