PBA Trade Rumors: Alaska and Phoenix will do another blockbuster trade?

Alaska Aces and Phoenix Super LPG are comfortable with each other in the trade table. Phoenix and Alaska engineered two superstar trades in the past few years.

According to PBA on the Go of Twitter, another trade will go down but a superstar may not be involved anymore.

According to the sources, Phoenix will get Jvee Casio and another veteran. If we used veterans as old players in the league, the potential options for Alaska are Yousef Taha, Gab Banal and Rodney Brondial.

It is hard to see Alaska trading Taha and Banal because they are just recent signing. Taha is playing very well and surely has a reasonable contract.

Gab just recently returned to the PBA, so it is hard to use the word veteran to describe him. Also, he surely has a reasonable contract and has the attitude of being fine playing for an independent team.

So, I think the best candidate is Rodney Brondial. For me, Jvee Casio and Brondial are a fine addition to  Phoenix.

Casio will bring traditional point guard quarterbacking that Chris Banchero, RJ Jazul and RR Garcia are not bringing.

Brondial will add muscle to the frontline of Phoenix. Although, they may have a good enough depth there already.

Nevertheless, any team can always have a lot of bigs.
