Japan B League MVP Powe Ranking 2.0: Kobe Paras on the rise!

The Japan B League started their 2021 season with a bang. The duel of the Ravena brothers was a blockbuster.

So, let us updated my ranking of the five Filipino ballers playing in Division 1. Who is the most valuable Pinoy (MVP)?

#5 Dwight Ramos (#4 last ranking)
Dwight has not played in Japan due to COVID-19 protocols, as per last report. His team is currently in the cellar with a 0-4 card. If his arrival pummels them up, that could be a vital sign that he is a valuable player for his team.

#4 Kobe Paras (#5 last ranking)
There is no doubt that Kobe was the most surprising Pinoy in the first two weeks of the league. We did not expect him to have a statline that is comparable to the Ravena brothers but he did it. He is currently averaging 16.8 points, 2.8 rebounds, 2.3 assists, and 1.3 steals per game.

#3 Bobby Ray Parks (#3 last ranking)
Nagoya Diamond Dolphins is not rushing Parks into the action as he recovers from his injury. He is currently averaging just 12.5 minutes per game.

#2 Thirdy Ravena (#2 last ranking)
What I appreciate about Thirdy is that it is pretty obvious that he is working out on his game as his improvements are pretty observable. He is currently manufacturing 15.3 points, 5.8 rebounds, 3.0 assists, and 1.5 steals per game.

#1 Kiefer Ravena (#1 last ranking)
Kiefer is playing like a legit point guard import. His team is also having a good start at 3-1. He is avraging 13.8 points, 2.3 rebounds, 6.8 assists, 2.0 steals and 50% FG per game.
