PBA Analysis: Did TNT and Rain or Shine made the right import choices?

According to a report, the 2nd tournament of the Philippine Basketball Association could start by the last week of November.

Teams now have chosen their imports. For this article, we will examine the decisions of TNT Tropang Giga and Rain or Shine Elasto Painters.

TNT - McKenzie Moore
TNT is known to bring the most accomplished imports into the tournament. They decided not to do that this time and follow the suggestion of Mikey Williams, currently their best candidate to win the Most Valuable Player award.

Moore was a former teammate of Mikey Williams and the team wants to emphasize chemistry by getting an import that is aware of how Mikey plays.

Number wise though, Moore is nothing special. In his most recent stints, he averaged 12.4 points, 6.4 rebounds, 5.6 assists, 1.5 steals and 32% 3FG per game.
Grade: D

Rain or Shine - Henry Walker
Rain or Shine will go for a regular import in the PBA, Henry Walker. In his most recent stint in the Japan B League, he produced 15.6 points, 7.8 rebounds, 5.6 assists and 27% 3FG per game.

I think, Henry is a very good fit for Rain or Shine because they really lack a consistent scorer like Henry Walker.
