PBA Analysis: Ginebra badly needs a trade!

Hey Ginebra fans! How was your Christmas celebration? I am guessing it was not that good after Magnolia Hotshots humiliated your favorite team.

Fortunately, Ginebra is still at 3-1. They are in a good place in the standings. Nevertheless, with seven games left to play, nothing is guaranteed.

One thing that you may have done during that game is to search for some bright spots. And I think Arvin Tolentino was that for you.

In reality, though, he was shut down too in the first three quarters. While the entire team was lockdown for the entire game.

It speaks a lot with what they lost after Stanley Pringle and Japeth Aguilar were relegated to the sideline due to injury.

If you remember, they also struggled against Phoenix Super LPG. So, that 3-1 record is a mirage of what truly is happening.

The biggest issue right now of Ginebra is their three-point shooting. They only connected on six three-pointers against Magnolia.

Actually, four of those came from Arvin. And he connected on them during the 4th. Without Pringle, there is no way Ginebra will have enough three-point shooting to carry them in the playoffs.

They now have this midterm tournament break to find a target.
