PBA Trade Rumors: Ginebra is looking for a 3-and-D player?

We are very near to the launch of the 2nd tournament of the Philippine Basketball Association for this season.

The hype is building up for the upcoming tournament that teams are not yet done transacting with each other.

According to PBA on the Go, Ginebra is still looking for a 3-and-D player. When we say 3-and-D player, this is the player who is at least average on three-point shooting and on defense.

This type of player is crucial for a team because they do not need the ball to be a positive value for their team.

According to PBA on the Go, Ginebra is looking at Robbie Herndon as a potential target. Unfortunately for them, Alaska is not willing to give him up.

Last tournament, Robbie produced 8.2 points, 3.4 rebounds, 0.7 assist, 0.4 steal, 39% FG and 42% 3FG per game.

He is a legit 3-and-D guy. His three-point shooting has been consistent for the past several tournaments. He is mostly a catch-and-shoot guy but his off-the-ball shooting is also improving.

Defensively, he is also a stud. Specially with the fact that he is big and strong. He can defend the bigger players.

I think, Ginebra should really try to pursue Robbie.
