PBA Trade Rumors: A blockbuster trade without Ginebra, San Miguel, Magnolia and etc.?

In a very interesting tweet, PBA on the Go, currently the most diligent source of trade rumors, expressed that a blockbuster trade could be happening between two teams that are not part of the San Miguel Corporation and MVP group.

That means the options will be Alaska Aces, Phoenix Super LPG, Rain or Shine Elasto Painters, Northport Batang Pier, Terrafirma Dyip and Blackwater Elite.

He utilized the word, blockbuster. That means then that at least one big-name should be involved. Looking at the teams above, the possible players could be Jeron Teng, Matthew Wright, Chris Banchero, Beau Belga, Jayvee Mocon, Rey Nambatac, Gabe Norwood and Joshua Munzon.

There are other candidates like Jason Perkins, Abu Tratter, Maverick Ahanmisi and etc. but I do not think they have the star power to push trade into blockbuster category.

Out of those names, Matthew Wright, Chris Banchero and Beau Belga are the guys who have been part of several trade rumors in the past.

So, is there a chance that the trade will be one of Wright or Banchero going to Rain or Shine and Phoenix will get back Belga?

Or, is there a possibility that Blackwater will be able to fetch Matthew Wright for their upcoming 1st round pick?

What will be truly shocking is a trade of a 1st round pick of Blackwater or Terrafirma, in exchange for a star player.

Like, Jeron Teng going to Terrafirma and Alaska, basically going all into a rebuild.
