PBA Trade Rumors: Ginebra and Northport are brewing a SUPER UNFAIR trade?

PBA on the Go of Twitter is on fire with his plethora of rumors. Actually, the rumors are not all about trades. It includes free agency.

Unfortunately for the fans that have been hoping for a league with parity, he just posted another potential one-sided exchange.

In the rumor, Barangay Ginebra San Miguel will be getting Jamie Malonzo in exchange for Kent Salado, Jeff Chan and a 1st round pick.

No disrespect to Salado and Chan but the two of them plus a first-rounder is not good enough for Malonzo.

Malonzo is averaging 13.3 points, 7.0 rebounds, 2.5 assists, 2.0 steals, 42% FG and 29% 3FG per game this tournament.

There is a good argument that he has the highest potential out of all the rookies that are currently playing in the PBA.

He is a legit 6'6 with very good athleticism. He jumps really high and he is very strong for his physique. Add his current skill level and you have a guy that can be a top 10 PBA player, as early as his junior year in the league.

So, how can a young guard who has not even played 100 minutes in the league and a known-name, who has not shot better than 30% from beyond the arc in the last three years, and a 1st round pick, equate to him?
