2022 PBA Mock Draft 3.0: Ginebra got their future starting PG!

Here is an updated mock draft using the draft order after the elimination round of the Governors Cup.

#1 BWE Sedrick Barefield - I cannot wait to see how a legit NBA G League player that was bred in US, will fair in the PBA. Can he be a guy that can carry a very bad team like Blackwater?

#2 DYIP Jason Brickman - McKinney or Brickman? It seems like Jason has a much clearer hype for this upcoming draft that I will choose him. Jason is a superb playmaking point guard.

#3 CON Jeremiah Gray - For the company that will acquire Alaska, Converge, they may have the ability to draft two future superstars. Gray is hyped to be one of them.

#4 CON Brandon Ganuelas-Rosser - After grabbing a potential superstar wing, the Alaska-buyer can then select a future superstar bigman. With this two, Teng, Bulanadi, Ahanmisi and Tratter, the future looks bright.

#5 ROS Mikh McKinney - Rain or Shine should pick the guy with the highest ceiling and I think that guy is Mikh. Can he be as good as Mikey Williams? I think, he can.

#6 BGSM Encho Serrano - I think Ginebra is very happy with what Encho is doing in their 3x3 team. Unless Ginebra can manage to find a way to secure him in the 2nd round, expect Encho to be their 1st round target.

#7 NOR Lawrence Domingo - If Northport will be forced to trade Greg Slaughter, we can expect them to grab a bigman in this upcoming draft. At this point, Domingo is the biggest name available.

#8 NLEX Ethan Elvano - I think NLEX can draft any position but if they will use this draft to get someone to replace Jericho Cruz, Elvano could be their best bet.

#9 BWE Juan Gomez de Liano - It seems like it is almost a sure thing already that Juan will enter the upcoming draft. I do not think he has the same amount of hype from three years ago.

#10 ROS Jeo Ambohot - After grabbing a scorer with their first chance, Rain or Shine should now look to beef up their frontline. I think Ambohot is easily the best bigman to get here.

#11 BWE Justin Arana - I am a big believer of Arana. And I think he will have enough support to keep himself in the first round of this upcoming draft.

#12 MAG Brandon Bates - I think Bates is a good candidate to have a good showing in the pre-draft process that will catapult him into a much higher part of this draft.
