This is a power ranking.
#1 Sedrick Barefield - The guy played in the NBA G League under the affiliate team of Oklahoma City Thunders. Even in that high level of basketball, Sedrick showed that he can score. Perfect for the Elite.
#2 McKinney - If you are looking for a scorer like Terrence Romeo, McKinney should be your guy. He has an elite handle that helps him create shots that he wants. He could be the starting PG that Alaska needs.
#3 Taylor Statham - A very tall wing player who can force his way to the basket. He can rise and shoot against any wing in the PBA. There is a good chance that he falls in the draft which could benefit Magnolia.
#4 Kobe Paras - I think Paras could be considering about playing in the PBA right now with his struggles in Japan. With his high athleticism and a growing number of moves, he could be a good partner to Munzon.
#5 Jeremiah Gray - Another athletic freak that a lot of people are hype about. He is an excellent lob threat who is developing his scoring move sets. Northport could be the team that targets him.
#6 Jason Brickman - He is more known to be an excellent passer but in terms of scoring, he can also be lethal. Is there a way for Phoenix to get him? I hope so because he will be perfect there.
#7 Encho Serrano - A very fast and high-leaping guard. Serrano is an athletic scorer that should be able to take advantage of switches. Knowing that he will be playing for Ginebra's 3x3, he could be their guy.
#8 Juan Gomez de Liano - He is a good shooter and a strong guard. But there is a good chance that a lot of people is overrating his scoring prowess. Could be a good guy for coach Yeng Guiao to develop.
#9 Justin Gutang - Justin is a terror on the fastbreak due to his length and athleticism. In the half court, he still needs a lot of seasoning but if he falls on the 2nd round, he will be a good project for SMB.
#10 Brandon Ganuelas-Rosser - When you are a strong center, you do not need that much skill to score. That is my expectation for Brandon. He is also a willing three-point shooter already, which bodes well with Rain or Shine.
