Here is our updated mock draft.
#1 BWE Brandon Ganuelas-Rosser - The coach of Blackwater revealed that they are targeting a center in this draft and Brandon is currently the most interesting guy for them.
#2 DYIP Sedrick Barefield - The San Miguel Corporation should be celebrating if Blacwater will not take the chance on a legit NBA G league guy. Sedrick will be a good partner to Munzon.
#3 CON Jason Brickman - I am hopeful about the ability of Converge in assessing talent and I think they will see how special Brickman is. There is a good chance that he will be a top 3 PG in the league, right away.
#4 CON Jeo Ambohot - After drafting a Fil-foreign with their #3 pick, Converge can go after a Pinoy-base player and I think a bigman is a better target. Ambohot is the most prominent name at this point.
#5 ROS Jeremiah Gray - I think Rain or Shine is looking for a surefire consistent ace player and Gray is the best candidate at this point of the draft.
#6 NOR Mikh McKinney - If the time of Robert Bollick is already numbered in Northport, drafting another high potential guard is the aim. Mckinney may end up as another version of Mikey Williams.
#7 NLEX Taylor Statham - With their trade for Justin Chua, NLEX may want to add a scoring wingman and Statham has the best pedigree out of the potential remaining prospects.
#8 BGSM Encho Serrano - I think the plan of Ginebra is to grab Encho, their 3x3 player. Encho has that speed and skill level to become a starting quality PG in the PBA.
#9 BWE Juan Gomez de Liano - It seems like it is almost a sure thing already that Juan will enter the upcoming draft. After drafting a bigman with the #1 pick, a guard should be good here.
#10 ROS Lawrence Domingo - Bigman should always be an option for Rain or Shine and at this point of the draft, Domingo may have the biggest name. Athletic and agile.
#11 BWE Ethan Alvano - coach Vanguardia is aware about Alvano. I think he knows that Alvano has good skills that are hard to find in the guards in the PBA. He is a prime draft steal candidate.
#12 MAG Cael Tiongson - Tiongson could demand more hype because of his athleticism and energy and resemblance to the game of Hatfield and Marc Pingris.
