PBA Trade Rumors: Magnolia should trade Pau Lee, right?

There is this sudden trade rumor that a page on Facebook sprouted. It states that Magnolia is looking to trade Paul Lee.

This rumor was shut down by PBA on the Go, stating that Paul Lee is not on the table and that Magnolia is happy about keeping him.

Paul averaged 14.7 points, 38% FG, 31% 3FG, 3.5 rebounds, 3.0 assists and 1 steal per game this Governors' Cup.

Yes, his biggest issue is his inefficiency. Opponents are scared about his three-point shooting but inefficiency is still bad for a team.

So, should Magnolia keep Paul?

I think, if they can get the #2 pick of Terrafirma for him, that could be an excellent trade. I just feel like a younger and healthier star will benefit Magnolia a lot. Like Jason Brickman, Sedrick Barefield or Jeremiah Gray.

Other than his inefficiency, his injuries have been the biggest issue Paul in his career.

I do not think that will be fixed anytime soon. If that is the case, a star player who can have more assurance of playing in the playoffs could be a big deal already.

Also, if they can find someone who can also shoot and is more efficient, that could be a total game-changer for them. Someone who can run better with the Calvin Abueva, Jio Jalalon and Mark Barroca.
