PBA Trade Rumors: Terrafirma or Blackwater should be sold to?

The arrival of Converge to the PBA has started a lot of discussions in the different areas of the league. Some fans are still not confident that Converge will be an independent team.

Although, there is clear evidence that they will be. As a lot of analysts have said, former commissioner Chito Salud will not put his reputation on the line if Converge will just become a farm team.

But, Converge may not be the only team with an owner coming from Pampanga. According to PBA on the go, there is a chance that Pampanga Delta will also be entering the league.

And of course, the rumored owner is Pampanga governor Dennis Pineda. I think a team of the successful basketball enthusiast, gov Pineda, will further improve the PBA.

He has been successful in his basketball endeavors and I think he can also do it in the PBA. Now, if the league is still not looking to expand. How about forcing one of Terrafirma or Blackwater to sell their franchise?

Terrafirma and Blackwater are given enough time to prove their worth and time and time again, they have proven that they entered the league for the cash, not the crown.

Just the fact that a team by Governor Pineda will instantly have a fanbase in Pampanga and players who will crave to play for them will give a jolt of competition vibe to the league.

Remember that there is a lot of potential draft entrants in the future that will be coming from Pampanga. The duopoly in the league will be shaken.

Imagine a team that can accumulate Calvin Abueva, Ian Sangalang, Jayson Castro and other Pamampanga stars.
