PBA Trade Rumors: Top Trade Targets of San Miguel and Phoenix!

It is time to continue our series of articles wherein we will point to the players that we suggest as a good trade target for each team.

Today, we will finish the teams that were eliminated in the semifinals.

San Miguel

Gab Banal - I understand that Gab is playing for TNT, the flagship franchise of the rival of the San Miguel Corporation. History tells us though that SMB and TNT can workout a trade. Gab shot better than 45% from beyond the arc in his first two tournaments in his return to the PBA.

He was signed through free-agency. And knowing the depth of TNT in their forward position, TNT could agree to trade him in exchange for a first round pick. And I think, it will be worth it for San Miguel.

Robbie Herndon - If they cannot get Gab. How about another 3-and-D forward, Robbie of Converge? He is big and will be capable of space up the floor for San Miguel.

Mac Belo - Other than shooters, San Miguel is also badly in need of a forward. Out of all the potential available forward, I think the best target is Belo.

Belo is not part of the rotation of the Meralco Bolts. That is mind-boggling because Mac is clearly talented on both ends. He will not be Arwind Santos but his impact could reach that level in the future.

Phoenix

Jayvee Casio - Phoenix averaged the second-most turnovers per game in this Governors' Cup. Good evidence that they need to add a good traditional PG. Casio should be a good target.

2022 1st round pick - Speaking of a point guard, the upcoming draft may have a good amount of quality point guard. How about trading a future 1st for one? It could be worth it.

Troy Rike - Rike is a perfect fit to what Phoenix is building. I hope Phoenix can recognize that before Northport realizes that Rike is extra special.
