PBA Trade Rumors: Phoenix perfect trade for Wright?

I was really high about Phoenix Super LPG in this tournament because of their good rookie class and the addition of Javee Mocon and the debut of Sean Anthony.

Unfortunately, chemistry is so big of an issue that they have failed to keep leads and got defeated in close games. Now, they are endangered of getting eliminated in the elimination round.

Northport started the season with back to back wins but now they are on a five game losing streak. They are also in a big danger of elimination.

The problem with Northport though is that their main superstar, Robert Bolick is injured. The problem with Phoenix is that they do not own their 2023 1st round pick.

Fortunately, there is a move that is actually perfect for the two squads. If Northport is not planning to play Greg at all, how about offering him for a superstar?

If Phoenix is already not capable of reaching the desired contract of Matthew Wright, then how about offering him for a giant that they never had?

Yes, I am talking about a Greg Slaughter for Matthew Wright trade. Even if we say that Wright is younger and with lesser baggage, Northport has a plethora of players with good enough trade value to add to the package for Matthew.

Then Matthew can then be traded to Ginebra or San Miguel or Magnolia.

This exchange is rumored already. So, there is a chance that it will happen.
