PBA Power Ranking: Top 5 Imports of the 2022 Com. Cup!

After scanning the numbers and the highlights, here is our top 5 import entering the tournament!

#5 MER - Johnny O'Bryant
Johnny will be an interesting new type of import for Meralco because he is a huge import who can pass and even attempt three-pointers. He averaged 15.1 points, 45% FG, 1.4 three-pointers made, 8.3 rebounds and 2.0 assists per game in the 2021-2022 season.

#4 XERS - Quincy Miller
Converge made sure that they will bring the best available in Quincy Miller. He is a legit NBA veteran that I expect to be the an excellent stretch bigman. I also think that his defense will be fine.

#3 BGSM - Justin Browlee
It is all about the age. He is already 34 years old. We already saw him struggle in the last Governors' Cup. Now that he will face bigger imports, I think there is a much bigger chance that his numbers will decrease than be sustained.

#2 SMB - Thomas Robinson
It is all about the pedigree for Thomas Robinson. He is still on the prime of his physical abilities and knowing that he will play with smaller players, I expect it to be more effective.

#1 BAY - Andrew Nicholson
Andrew is a monster import in the International scene. In all the professional tournaments that he played for outside the NBA, he averaged more than 20 points per game. He was consistent in the China Basketball Association and that is a much higher league than the PBA.
