#1 Terrence Romeo for 1st round picks
The acquisition of Terrence Romeo from TNT was very exciting because of how good he was as a play-creator. Unfortunately, his career in SMB has been consistently derailed by injuries.
Now that they have proved that they can win a championship without him, I think SMB should consider getting future 1st round picks. They already have a cohesive in-prime unit. What they can do is to secure their future by acquiring the best 1st round picks available.
#2 Terrence Romeo for Jason Perkins
Another interesting target will be Perkins. Yes, I know that he is injured but that should be fine knowing that they just won without Terrence.
Perkins will be a better fit for the current roster of San Miguel. SMB do not have a playable forward. Perkins is also the modern type of player that fits perfectly with the roster of San Miguel.
