PBA Trade Rumors: Top 3 teams that should make a trade offer for this ex-Ginebra bigman!

Remember the Northport-Ginebra trade where Jamie Malonzo found his way to Barangay Ginebra San Miguel? Prince Caperal was part of that.

Even with a frontline that is super shallow compared to that of Ginebra, Prince is failing to find minutes. He is basically the back-up center but Arwind Santos was also allowed to play some minutes wherein he is the de facto center.

With that, Caperal is actually averaging almost the same minutes per game when he was with Ginebra! At 8.6 minutes per game, Caperal is averaging 1.2 points, 0.8 rebound and 0.3 assist per game.

Now, rumors are swirling that Northport wants to trade him. Which three teams should really consider trading for him?

Phoenix
With the injury to Jason Perkins, Phoenix may have the minutes that Prince Caperal needs to showcase what he can do. Phoenix is also a good fit for Prince because they will let him throw as many long bombs as he wants, as long as they are good shots.

Meralco
One team that may want to add a stretch big is Meralco Bolts. They are already struggling in this tournament. How about shaking up the roster and try Prince Caperal.

San Miguel
This is the most obvious one. San Miguel will miss Junemar Fajardo for the remainder of the elimination round. If they conclude that they need another extra body inside, Prince could be that guy. He can stretch the floor, making him a good fit with Devon Scott who is not a three-point shooter.
