I am pretty sure the Converge fans are feeling really good right now. Converge is in a good position to get one of the Twice-to-beat advantage in the upcoming playoffs.
Nobody expected this. I mean, people hyped coach Aldin Ayo to be a good PBA coach but nobody really saw him leading the team right away to a twice-to-beat advantage!
Unfortunately for Converge fans, the history of coach Aldin is telling us that you cannot trust him to stay. He left powerhouse squads in NCAA and UAAP, respectively.
He can also do it in the PBA. And I think these three teams are the biggest potential thief for coach Aldin Ayo.
San Miguel Beermen
San Miguel is in a big big scare of being eliminated! I am pretty sure coach Leo will used the absence of Junemar already as an excuse. But what if the management is already tired of his over-reliance on Fajardo? How about trying to poach coach Aldin who showed that he can win without the glamorous stars of the PBA?
TNT Tropang Giga
As detailed by Snow Badua, there is a higher chance that coach Aldin will be going to TNT than SMC. In the college ranks, he left two teams that are connected to the San Miguel Corporation. Also, he is well respected by coach Tab Baldwin.
Meralco Bolts
With coach Chot Reyes at the helm of TNT. Meralco can also be an option. Knowing that Meralco is the 2nd most important team under the MVP group. Although, coach Luigi Trillo is also there as an option.
