PBA Trade Rumors: Converge best offer for the #1 pick of the 2023 PBA Draft?

Do you still remember what transpired in the week leading to the 2022 PBA draft? Where we saw Brandon Ganuelas-Rosser as  the top pick?

A few days before the draft, we are projecting Justine Baltazar as the top pick of the draft. Unfortunately, he decided to go to Japan instead.

Everyone wondered what happened behind the scene. A lot of people believed that he wanted to join the draft because the guy that helped him reach his current status is finally in the PBA.

I am talking about Governor Delta Pineda. The guy behind the most successful provincial-wide basketball program in the country.

Now, Governor Pineda is the team manager of Converge. A much clearer picture of what Converge really represents.

This now begs the question, how can Converge end up with Justine Baltazar?

Justine will need to enter the PBA draft. Knowing the pedigree of Justine, he will be an option for the top pick. Converge do not have a first round pick in the upcoming draft.

So, their best path is to actually trade with the one who holds the #1 pick. It is currently with Terrafirma and there is a 99% chance now that they will be holding that position up to the draft.

So, what can be the offer that Converge can make to get the #1 pick?

How about this package:
Jeo Ambohot, Allyn Bulanadi, 2024 1st

Jeo is not shining right now but he is still the #3 pick of the 2022 draft. Allyn is also not that performing but he is still a Gilas draftee. And that 2024 1st should be able to seal the fairness of the exchange.
