When we first heard about the rumor that TNT will finally replaced coach Chot Reyes as TNT head coach, a lot of people are happy.
It is not because we do not think coach Chot Reyes is worth it of the spot. It is because he can finally provide 100% focus to our national team.
With 100% focus on our national team, we can now expect a much better results in the upcoming 2023 FIBA World Cup.
So, who will be the new coach of TNT?
In the initial rumor, coach Norman Black was pointed out with a big shake-up happening in the coaching circle of the MVP group.
That is not the current rumor now. According to the most recent rumor, coach Jojo Lastimosa will now become the head coach of the TNT Tropang Giga.
Jojo is of course a PBA great who was a renowned scorer during his playing days. He is currently the team manager of TNT.
But actually, he may not even be the "real coach". According to the rumors, a Serbian coach will ultimately run the show by appointing him as an active consultant.

It failed. And remember that coach Tab Baldwin also failed in TNT.
