PBA Free Agency: Top 10 Available Free Agents! Ginebra ex-center on the move?

The official line-up for the 2023 PBA Governors' Cup is officially out. Of course, trading is not the only way for your favorite team to improve their line-up.

They can also look at the free-agent market. And I think these are the five best options right now!

#10 Jaycee Marcelino

The 2022 MPBL Most Valuable Player, Jaycee Marcelino. He is currently manufactured 16.7 points, 51% FG, 6.3 rebounds, 4.7 assists and 2.7 steals per game.

#9 Will McAloney

Will was part of the 2022 mythical team of the MPBL. He is an undersize bigman with a wide variety of skills that can help teams. There is still a good number of undersize bigmen in the league. There is an argument that Will is better than some of them.

#8 Justin Melton
He is easily the most popular name in this list next to the #1. Melton is a veteran in the PBA who is known for his high jumping abilty. Other than that, his defense is really good.

#7 Tzaddy Rangel
Size matters in the PBA and Rangel is a 6'7 center with good body size. If he is not skilled enough to play right away, he can still be valuable in practice.

#6 Trevis Jackson
Trevis ended up in the free agency after he fails to lock-in another contract with Blackwater. He is an athletic guard that any team can try to take a shot and maybe he will finally reach his potential.

#5 Maurice Shaw
Same story with Rangel but Shaw is even bigger. Maybe Maurice is just not skilled enough to even play in the PBA?

#4 Ken Holmqvist
We all thought that Ken will find his name in one of the line-ups this year but he did not. Maybe, he will in the middle of the tournament and I hope he does.

#3 Bong Galanza
I do not understand why Bong is still in 3x3 and not in one of the other rosters in the 5x5 of the PBA. He is an above-average 3-and-D wingman and this type of players are vital in winning championships.

#2 Bradwyn Guinto
Guinto was released to open up a spot for James Yap. He was at the bottom of the bigman rotation of Rain or Shine, so it was not shocking. Nevertheless, I think Guinto can still be golden for another team that will take a chance on him.

#1 Kelly Nabong
Will Nabong ever return to the PBA? I am not sure. He is easily a PBA-caliber player and a modern one. It is hard to find a bigman that can provide what he brings to the table.
