PBA Imports Highlights: Converge is replacing their import with an NBA veteran!

So, Converge gave us a superb debut conference and in their second one, they are starting it with a very nice tactical move.

I am one of those who were surprised when they announced that a player from New Zealand, Ethan Rusbatch, will be their import in this Governors' Cup.

That will not be the right follow up after they brought Quincy Miller in the Commissioner' s Cup and made a good run.

It seems though that they want to copy a little bit from Bay Area by putting Ethan to the injury reserves and bringing a better import in Jamaal Franklin.

Franklin was a 2nd round pick of the 2013 NBA draft by the Memphis Grizzlies. He managed to play 24 games in the NBA with Memphis and the Denver Nuggets.

He is a veteran import in the Chinese Basketball Association and he has five straight year of averaging more than 30 points per game!

He is a point guard and at 6'5, he can be the right guy to stir Converge in their offense. Defensively, he is also aggressive and active.

I think, Converge hit another home run with Franklin.
