Robert Bolick has been the best the most consistent superstar that is part of the trade buzz in the past several years. That is not shocking for the main man of Northport Batang Pier.
The most recent discussions around him was not all about his next PBA destination but if he will actually remain in the PBA.
According to the most recent Youtube live of Snow Badua and Homer Sayson, it is still 50-50. According to Snow, his sources is telling him that the discussion between Robert and SMC is not going smoothly. While Homer said that Robert is now leaning to continue his play in the PBA.
So, that makes it worth it to talk about the potential blockbuster trade between Northport and Magnolia. It will be Paul Lee and Jackson Corpuz for Robert Bolick and a player.
Is that a fair trade?
It will depend on the Northport player that they will add to Bolick. Nevertheless, that trade is already fairer than the usual trades of Ginebra and SMB with Northport and Terrafirma.
Paul Lee and Jackson Corpuz for Bolick is already a defendable exchange if we consider Jackson's peak level of play.
So, as long as Northport will only add a player with very low trade value, this looks acceptable to me already.
