2023 PBA Mock Draft: Converge dominated Round 2? FULL MOCK DRAFT!

Here is the round 2 of our mock draft!

#1 DYIP Kyt Jimenez - The Dyip already drafted two quality players in Round 1. Drafting for some marketing reasons will not hurt at this point.

#2 XERS Ricci Rivero - I will be surprised if Converge will not catch Ricci in the 2nd round. With his injury, I do not think Rivero will be part of the round 1.

#3 PHX Will Gozum - Will has fallen so far that Phoenix should catch him now. Gozum is a good size bigman who has good enough skills to be a starter in the PBA.

#4 ROS Brandon Bates - Bates is too big and with good mobility to fall further in this draft. He will need time but it can be worth it.

#5 BWE BJ Andrade - Coach Tab Baldwin has given excellent praises for BJ. I will not be shocked if he can b the next Tyler Tio.

#6 BWE James Kuwekuteye - James is very similar to Maverick Ahanmisi. If he can be more healthy, he can have a better career than that of Maverick.

#7 NLEX Kenmark Carino - NLEX should stop the slide of Kenmark at this point. He is a long 6'8 that they can develop into something.

#8 TNT Ken Tuffin - Ken said that he still plans to play in the PBA. If this is now the year, there is a good chance that he can be the steal of the 2nd round.

#9 XERS Louie Sangalang - With the connection of Pampanga to Converge, I expect them to grab Sangalang. He is a physical bigman that needs to develop his skills to establish a long PBA career.

#10 DYIP CJ Payawal - CJ has the physical attributes that makes him an excellent prospect. Unfortunately, his numers were flat in the UAAP. So, he will fall here.

#11 BGSM Christian David - David is a legit NCAA Division 1 player with top-tier athleticism. He can be the smaller version of Jamie Malonzo.

#12 ROS Warren Bonifacio - Bonifacio's performance was not as good as last year. Nevertheless, he is still that post-scoring with very good passing forward that can be useful in the PBA.
