I think there is a good argument that Kris Rosales is one of the top 10 most underrated player in the PBA. I am not even sure casual fans know that he has been playing in the PBA for seven seasons now!
Rosales not the usual flashy guard that grew in other countries. But with his excellent handle and quick 1st step, he is very effective.
So, who are the 3 teams that should make an offer for him?
Terrafirma
Terrafirma has won two games so far and they look much better with a monster import in the middle. They still need consistent contributors though and Rosales can do that.
Rain or Shine
Rosales already played in Rain or Shine in the past. He is very familiar with the system of coach Yeng Guiao. With familiarity and knowing how young the guard rotation of Rain or Shine is, adding a veteran will not hurt them.
Ginebra
Ginebra should still have a room for one guard and I think adding a guard who plays the right way and will do the little things could be the one to complete the rotation of Ginebra.
