PBA Free Agency: Top 3 teams that should target the NLEX 3-and-D Forward!

3-and-D type of players are already underrated if we assess the love that they are getting from the fans. So imagine being an underrated 3-and-D player?

That could be the case for Anthony Semerad. You need to watch him closely to really appreciate what he brings to the table. He really works hard, specially on the defensive end.

He is part of the 2014 PBA draft so he will already have the right to enter the Unrestricted Free Agency. So, which three teams should make an offer?

Rain or Shine
Coach Yeng Guiao knows what Anthony can do. He handled him for a while in NLEX. Rain or Shine is also the last place right now in terms of three-point efficiency. Anthony will help in that aspect and will also add additional defensive force.

San Miguel
Semerad is just on the same mold of Robbie Herndon. The difference is that Robbie is better in terms of three-point shooting while Anthony will contribute more on the defensive end.

Meralco
Meralco is the one with the most obvious need for a 3-and-D forward. Someone that they can partner with their bigs that do not space the floor. He can easily play with Cliff Hodge and even play the small forward position together with KJ McDaniels and Raymond Almazan.
